Vegan Chocolate Puffed
Quinoa Energy Bars

Ingredients:
- 100g puffed quinoa
- 130g soft dates (seeded weight)
- 100g runny nut/seed butter
- 125ml non-dairy milk
- 20g cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
- Blend soaked dates, nut butter, milk, cacao, cinnamon & salt until smooth (You can increase the amount of milk based on the texture).
- Mix with puffed quinoa.
- Press into a lined tin & freeze for 30 mins.
- Slice into bars & enjoy!
